- Sarah - 1 star - My family and I had a terrible experience at Magical Memories Orlando. First of all, the customer service was absolutely horrendous. The staff was rude and did not seem interested in helping us with anything. Additionally, the accommodations were very disappointing. The room was dirty and in need of a serious update. The advertised amenities were also lacking - the pool was small and overcrowded, and the "complimentary breakfast" consisted of stale cereal and some pre-packaged muffins. Overall, I would not recommend Magical Memories Orlando to anyone.

- John - 2 stars - I was really looking forward to staying at Magical Memories Orlando, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The location was not ideal, as it was far away from any attractions or restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was also not up to par - it smelled musty and the furniture was old and worn-out. The worst part was the noise - the walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring apartments. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. I would definitely not stay here again.

The floors were dirty, there were stains on the furniture, and the bathroom was full of mold. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The staff was unhelpful and did not address our concerns adequately. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was almost non-existent and the AC was not working properly. Save your money and choose a different place to stay in Orlando.
