The developers take a classic phonics book and turn it into an app. The app successfully replicates the book series' step-by-step phonics instruction by providing four levels with the same sentences. When kids have successfully matched the letters to the words (Level 1) or spelled out the words by choosing the correct letters among many other letters (Level 4), that object gets filled in with color. When kids have completed the sentence, the whole scene comes alive. An HD version is also available in iTunes.

I was really disappointed with Bob books reading magic. I found it to be quite repetitive and lacking in engaging content. The activities were not very challenging and I didn't feel like my child was gaining much from using this app. I wish there were more interactive elements and a wider range of stories to choose from. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations and I wouldn't recommend it.

I have to say that I was not impressed with Bob books reading magic at all. The interface was clunky and confusing, and the graphics were outdated. The stories were incredibly simplistic and didn't hold my child's interest for long. I was hoping for a more immersive and educational experience, but this app fell short. I wouldn't waste my time or money on it again.
