I do agree that a flat 50 bonus before was too powerful, but really my solution would have been to pull it back a bit and then bring the other necklaces up to meet it s utility. Instead the new balancing makes it feel like the very item s existence fills the dev with great shame and regret, so they tried to bury it in the back yard.
