Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. When it was finally my turn, the technician barely spoke to me and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. The quality of the manicure was average at best, and definitely not worth the price. I would recommend looking for a better nail salon in the area.
