The powerburst of sorcery is a powerburst potion that, for the next 10 seconds after use, doubles the runes per essence multiplier. This effect dissipates immediately after the player crafts any runes, even if 10 seconds have not yet passed. Drinking this triggers the global powerburst cooldown, which prevents drinking another powerburst for two minutes. This potion works on soul runes as well, but not combination runes. Powerburst of sorcery has no effect on the additional runes granted by the elemental anima stones and catalytic anima stones, but does have an effect on arcane apoterrasaurs arcane elements farm perk.
It is made at level 109 Herblore in a powerburst vial with primal extract, a super runecrafting potion, blood runes, and beak snot. At level 111 Herblore, the recipe is improved, which reduces the time taken to make the potion. At level 113, it is further improved, reducing the number of beak snot required from two to one, blood runes from five to three, and the dosage of the required super runecrafting potion from four to three.

I was really disappointed with the debut date of Curse of the Sea Rats. The animation quality was incredibly subpar, with stiff character movements and lackluster visual effects. The voice acting also left much to be desired, as the emotions felt forced and robotic. Additionally, I found the storyline to be quite confusing and poorly executed. Overall, I cannot recommend this debut date to anyone looking for a well-made and engaging animated film.

Curse of the Sea Rats had potential, but it fell flat in many aspects. The pacing was incredibly slow, making it difficult to stay engaged throughout the debut date. The characters lacked depth and development, making it hard to relate to or care about their motivations. The humor was also underwhelming, with most jokes falling flat. While I appreciate the effort put into creating a unique storyline, the execution was lacking, resulting in a mediocre animated film.
