The moment the pain ended, you were overcome with the need to giggle, body now completely relaxed. You glanced up at her, a smile now sat on her face. “Giggle, it’s okay.”

“I learned something new,” she pulled back to grab an orb and hummed a spell into it, causing it to change into your favourite colour, leaving you in awe at your partner.
“Easy,” you teased, mirroring her actions. Unfortunately, you must have messed up somewhere, because the orb exploded, causing your eyes to burn at it’s brightness.
She automatically gathered you back into her arms, pressing kisses into your hair before she breathed out another spell to help the pain leave your body and to heal any damage done to your eyes.
Warm weather was something Sooyoung wanted to take advantage of, so the moment the two of you were up, she pulled you out into the garden to prepare it for new growth.

Yerim always encouraged you to try out things from her spell book, finding it amusing as you failed at reading some of the words mixed in with the spells. She had placed a spell in front of you with a grin on her face before she slowly went through it so it was easier for you to say.
Your words caused an illusion to form, making you stumble back in shock, knocking your leg on the table as you fell onto the floor. At your groan, the young witch burst into tears, a string of sorries falling past her lips while she helped you up.
In the end, you’d be the one comforting her while she sobbed about how sorry she was for making you try, and promising she’ll never make you do it again.
