What a fabulous Oracle deck for any Green Witch's Arsenal!

The Secret Oracle of the Green Witch is a wonderful resource for anyone who follows the Paths of Green Witchery, Hedge Witchery and Kitchen Witchery or wishes to. This deck itself is like having another magical tool for your green path. I love that the deck has several different types of cards such as; tools, ideas, witches, and herbs. It talks of moon phases and green magic and sacred space all in one deck. The box is small, efficient, beautiful, and sturdy. The deck comes with 50 beautifully folkish type art illustrations and I am especially in love with the herbal images. The cardstock is wonderful to shuffle and use, even for my shorter fingers. The only thing that I wished it had was more diversity in the skin tones and sex of the witches, however I will say that the main focus of this deck isn't on the characters, but more the different aspects of being a Green Witch, and the tools and practices that come along with that. I'm going to be keeping this deck right by my herbal apothecary and I can see taking pictures of these images for my Book of Shadows as well. I did end up edging my deck in a purple color to match the backs of the cards and it looks even better than it already did!! I love it!

The cards come with a full colour, 109 page, card-sized guidebook that fits perfectly inside the sturdy two-part box. Each card is represented by a small colour picture with the card number, name and basic meaning. Then, an expanded meaning including an explanation of what’s depicted on the card is provided. For each card there is also a suggested ritual. The beauty of these rituals is that for many, if they had been given a different title, say suggested exercise, you would not equate them with witchcraft in any way. Thus, this deck also serves to show that witchcraft isn’t something to be feared. Nor is it something out of reach to those drawn to the idea.
She is always willing to lend a helping hoof, whether it's offering advice or creating a custom outfit for a special occasion. Rarity has a unique personality that sets her apart from the other characters. She can be a bit dramatic and tends to fuss over her appearance, but she is also confident and determined. Rarity is not afraid to take risks and dream big, which often leads to her success in the fashion industry. Throughout the show, Rarity learns valuable lessons about the importance of friendship and the true meaning of generosity. Her character development showcases how she grows from a self-centered fashionista to a compassionate and understanding pony. Overall, Rarity is a beloved character in "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" due to her sense of style, generosity, and growth as a character. - Justin - 2/5 - I have to say, Rarity is my least favorite character in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I find her to be incredibly superficial and self-centered. All she cares about is fashion and looking good, which I find to be quite shallow. I prefer the other characters who have more depth and are more relatable. Rarity's constant obsession with her appearance just gets on my nerves and I can't bring myself to enjoy any episodes focused on her.
- Sarah - 1/5 - Rarity is a character I can never connect with. She is constantly portrayed as this "girly-girl" who only cares about fashion and materialistic things. I find her to be a very one-dimensional and exaggerated character. Her voice is also very grating and I can't stand listening to her speak. The episodes centered around her are always so focused on fashion and glamor, which is not something that I find interesting or enjoyable. Overall, Rarity is a character I could do without in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
- Alex - 2/5 - Rarity can be quite annoying at times. She is always so dramatic and over-reacts to the smallest things. It feels like every episode she is in is just a showcase for her to show off her fashion skills. I wish they would give her more depth and make her more relatable. Her constant obsession with fashion doesn't resonates with me and it feels like a shallow characteristic for a character. Overall, Rarity is not a character I particularly enjoy in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

I find her fashion-centered personality to be a bit one-dimensional and I would like to see more depth from her character. However, I do appreciate the moments when Rarity showcases her generosity and kindness. She may not be my cup of tea, but there are still some redeeming qualities in her character.
