1. Emily - 1 star - We had a terrible experience at Magic Villa Views Orlando. The property was not well-maintained and was dirty upon our arrival. The carpets were stained, there was mildew in the bathrooms, and the kitchen was poorly stocked with outdated utensils and appliances. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens were old and worn. Additionally, the customer service was lacking. We encountered several issues during our stay and had difficulty getting a timely response from the property management. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Magic Villa Views Orlando.
2. John - 2 stars - While Magic Villa Views Orlando had a great location close to the theme parks, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The property was outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable, and the walls had marks and stains. The cleanliness of the villa was subpar, and there was a musty odor throughout. The amenities promised were not up to par either, with the pool being smaller than expected and the hot tub not functioning properly. For the price we paid, I expected a higher standard, and I would not stay here again.
