Perched 400 feet up a verdant hillside on an expansive deck, our family of four marveled each Spring Break evening at the breathtaking sunsets from our Magic View Villa. This two bedroom home, called "Magic", is a recently remodeled and refurbished gem with beautiful landscaping suitable for two couples or a family up to six. Our son enjoyed the ultra-comfortable queen sleeper in the family room so he did not have to share a room with his sister. We found the pool refreshing, the flat screen TV and bar entertaining, and the bedroom furnishings luxurious. Magic's secluded location and 180 degree panoramic views gave us quiet mornings and stargazing evenings but with Cruz Bay just a short drive away we were close to beaches and the village restaurants. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to experience paradise on St. John. It was simply "Magic".

The Magic View Villa in St. John was a complete disappointment. The pictures promised a spectacular view, but in reality, all we could see was some trees and a glimpse of the ocean. The property was poorly maintained, with overgrown vegetation and a dirty pool. The advertised amenities, such as the hot tub and barbecue, were broken and unusable. We were also given a different villa than the one we had booked, which was much smaller and less luxurious. Overall, a terrible experience and a waste of money.

I had high hopes for the Magic View Villa in St. John, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The villa itself was outdated and in need of renovations. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the kitchen appliances were barely functional. The advertised gym was a small room with outdated equipment that was barely usable. The location of the villa was also disappointing, as it was far from the beach and other attractions. I would not recommend this villa to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and enjoyable vacation experience.

My stay at the Magic View Villa in St. John was a complete nightmare. The villa was infested with bugs, and no matter how many times we complained, the management did nothing to resolve the issue. We were constantly being bitten and had to sleep with insect repellent on. The noise from the neighboring villas was unbearable, and we could hear every word and movement from the other guests. The cleanliness of the villa was also lacking, with dirty linens and a foul smell in the bathroom. Do yourselves a favor and find a different place to stay, as this villa is not worth the hassle and disappointment.
