Mastering the Magic Ben Cube: Tips and Tricks

By admin

The Magic ben cube is a three-dimensional puzzle that gained popularity in the 1980s. It is often referred to as a Rubik's cube, named after its inventor, Ernő Rubik. The cube consists of smaller individual cubes that can be rotated to create different patterns and arrangements. The main challenge of the Magic ben cube is to solve it by aligning all the colors on each side of the cube. The cube initially starts with each face having a solid color, but as it is rotated, the colors become mixed up and disorganized. The objective is to restore the cube to its original state by solving the puzzle.

I saw that Hocus-Pocus is selling a new acrylic version of Cube Libre called Smart Cubes by Taiwan Ben. It sells for $275.00 fo the large set. I found a video link of a demo video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pla. wcaVqBCI

I would like to know how the mechanism is different, if in fact it is different, and how difficut and reliable the mechanism is, as compared to the typical cube libre.

The ad copy from Hocus-Pocus:

You present two columns of dice with the numbers 1 through 6 on them.

In one of the columns, the number sequence is from top to bottom, in the second column of cubes exactly the opposite. You cover one of the columns and instantly the cubes match the other column. The audience can see both columns of cubes in exactly the same number sequence.

Next, you bring out a clear plastic tube and ask a spectator to place the blocks in the clear tube. You place your tube over your column of cubes and instantly they are in the same sequence as the spectators. No matter how you build the cube column the other will magically arrange itself to match it.

Whether it shows only the even or odd numbers forward, mixed, jumbled or just plain out of order the other column matches the hap hazard stack. The cubes from BOTH columns can be separated and the cubes shown as separate pieces.

Reviews for "Pushing the Limits of the Magic Ben Cube: Advanced Strategies"

1. John - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with the Magic Ben Cube. The instructions were unclear and confusing, making it difficult to figure out how to solve the cube. The quality of the cube itself was also subpar, with stickers starting to peel off after just a few uses. Overall, I think there are much better options out there for a Rubik's cube.
2. Sarah - 1/5 stars - This Magic Ben Cube was a total waste of money. The colors on the cube were all wrong, making it impossible to solve. No matter how much I tried, I couldn't get the cube to match the pattern on the box. It was frustrating and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this cube to anyone looking for a quality puzzle.
3. Michael - 2/5 stars - The Magic Ben Cube seemed promising at first, but it quickly turned out to be a disappointment. The cube was not smooth to turn, making it difficult to twist and manipulate. Additionally, the mechanism inside the cube felt cheap and flimsy. It was not enjoyable to use, and I quickly lost interest in trying to solve it. I would recommend investing in a higher-quality cube instead.
4. Emily - 2/5 stars - I found the Magic Ben Cube to be quite challenging, but not in a good way. The cube was poorly constructed, with pieces constantly falling out of place. It was frustrating to try and solve the cube, only to have it fall apart halfway through. The overall design and quality of the cube left much to be desired, and I would not purchase it again.
5. Alex - 3/5 stars - The Magic Ben Cube was just an average puzzle for me. It was not terrible, but it also didn't stand out in any way. The cube turned smoothly enough, but it lacked the challenge and complexity that I expected. There are definitely better options out there for those looking for a more engaging and enjoyable puzzle experience.
