Donald dusk and the witch

" Donald, being an avid reader, started flipping through the pages, devouring the story of a powerful witch who had cast a wicked curse upon the entire village of Oakville. According to the legend, the witch's curse had turned all the villagers into stone statues, leaving the village frozen in time. Donald's heart raced with excitement and the burning desire to save his village from this dreadful fate. He knew he had to find a way to break the curse and bring his friends and family back to life. Armed only with his courage and an ancient spell book he found in the cottage, Donald ventured deeper into the forest to seek guidance from the wise old sage who lived on the outskirts of the village. The sage, known for his extensive knowledge of magic, was the only person who could potentially help Donald reverse the witch's curse. After a long and treacherous journey through the dense forest, Donald finally reached the sage's humble abode. The old man listened intently to Donald's story and nodded in agreement. He revealed that breaking the witch's curse was indeed possible but would require Donald to gather rare ingredients and perform a complicated ritual. Undeterred by the challenge ahead, Donald earnestly began his quest to find the ingredients needed to break the curse. He traveled through treacherous mountains, crossed vast oceans, and navigated dangerous jungles. Along the way, he encountered mythical creatures and overcame countless obstacles, all for the sake of his village. Eventually, Donald collected all the necessary ingredients and returned to the sage's cottage to perform the ritual. They worked tirelessly, reciting ancient incantations and casting powerful spells. At long last, a blinding light filled the room, and the curse was broken. The village of Oakville revived, and its inhabitants were forever grateful to Donald. The writing style was also a letdown, lacking in descriptive language and failing to create a vivid world. Additionally, the main character, Donald Dusk, felt like a cliché hero with no unique qualities. I was left feeling unsatisfied and would not continue reading any sequels to this book.
