How to dispel high caster level spells of epic casters?
In our epic campaign we have now found an issue with dispel magic. dispel magic greater (PH 223) allows to make a dispel check (1d20 + your caster level, maximum +20) against the DC (11 +spells caster's level). The problem arise if a caster with a caster level of 30 (max dispel 40 with dispel magic greater) tries to dispel a spell cast by a caster with a caster level of 30 (DC 41). How is this issue overcome?

1. Emily - 2 stars - I was really excited to try out the Bubble Witch Saga app, but I ended up being really disappointed. The game itself is pretty basic and repetitive, and it quickly gets boring. The levels also seem to get increasingly difficult without much explanation or guidance, which just made me frustrated. Additionally, the app is full of annoying ads that constantly pop up, making the game experience even more annoying. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone looking for a fun and engaging game.
2. John - 1 star - I don't understand the hype around Bubble Witch Saga app. I found it to be incredibly frustrating and poorly designed. The controls are clunky and unresponsive, making it difficult to aim and shoot the bubbles accurately. The levels are also poorly balanced, with some being too easy and others being nearly impossible to beat without spending real money on power-ups. I also experienced frequent crashing and freezing, causing me to lose progress and having to restart levels multiple times. In my opinion, this app is not worth the time or money.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - I downloaded the Bubble Witch Saga app expecting a fun and addictive game, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The gameplay itself is quite repetitive and lacks innovation. The graphics are also underwhelming, and the colors are dull and unappealing. The in-app purchase system is also very pushy, constantly trying to get you to spend real money on power-ups and extra lives. Overall, I was not impressed with this app and would not recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable gaming experience.
