"But both the LPs came insanely dusty and scratched out the seal. Records seem like they've been thrown into the sleeve like a frisbee." - Can confirm this, mine came scratched and dusty out the seal too. My gatefold also fell apart at the adhesive line so that i had to fix it with a glue stick. Lousy quality control on this release. Sound quality is good, but Vinyl needed a cleaning to get it lifted.

#82.. bad quality control on my copy. Packaging is very nice, gatefold is dope. But both the LPs came insanely dusty and scratched out the seal. Records seem like they've been thrown into the sleeve like a frisbee. Sound is good.. A3 'Kalifornia' sounds like a damn fireplace though (EDIT as other poster pointed out, the crackle is in the original recording) and there's some crackle on the closing track. Volume differences noticable between some tracks. All in all great to have this classic on LP for an affordable price.

Would like to get some opinions/experiences on other copies.

IMPORT CD Above the Law is one of the best and most underrated rap groups from the west coast, and "Uncle Sam's Curse" may be their best album. Musically it is one of the hardest, yet laid back G-Funk albums to come out of the 90s. Producer and rapper Cold 187um, one of the west coast's best beatmakers, and one of the main architects of G-Funk uses some electronic instrumentals with his usual heavy bass and whiny synths to create an almost futuristic sound, aided by frequent movie samples, snippets of speeches which people express their urban political views. Reviews for "The Amulet of Srkay: A Source of Luck and Fortune"

1. Sarah - 2/5 - I was really excited to read "Amulet of Srkay" based on all the positive reviews I had read. However, I was sorely disappointed. The plot was convoluted and hard to follow, with various subplots that seemed unnecessary and only added to the confusion. The characters were poorly developed and lacked depth, making it difficult to connect with them. Overall, I found "Amulet of Srkay" to be a disappointing read that didn't live up to the hype.
2. Mark - 1/5 - I personally found "Amulet of Srkay" to be a complete waste of time. The writing was amateurish, filled with clichéd dialogue and predictable plot twists. The world-building was generic and lacked originality, making it difficult to immerse myself in the story. Additionally, the pacing was incredibly slow, with long stretches of nothing happening. I was left bored and unengaged throughout the entire book. I cannot understand how this novel has received any positive reviews; it simply did not deliver in any aspect.
3. Emily - 2/5 - "Amulet of Srkay" had so much potential, but it fell flat for me. The writing style was lackluster, with awkward phrasing and a lack of descriptive language to truly bring the story to life. The characters were one-dimensional, with little growth or development throughout the book. The plot felt disjointed and rushed, with important events occurring without proper buildup or explanation. I had high hopes for "Amulet of Srkay", but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
