‘Reservation Dogs’ Season 1 Recap: A Refresher Before Season 2
“Reservation Dogs” Season 2 arrives on Hulu August 3, and now’s a great time to catch up (or get a refresher) before the new season. Created by Taika Waitit and Sterlin Harjo, the show follows four Native American teenagers growing up on a reservation in Oklahoma. The comedy series stars D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai as Bear Smallhill, Devery Jacobs as Elora Danan Postoak, Lane Factor as Cheese and Paulina Alexis as Willie Jack. Elva Guerra plays Jackie, and Lil Mike and Funny Bone appear as dynamic duo Mose and Mekko. Matty Cardarople plays Ansel.

- Sarah - 1 star - I was so disappointed with the Uoma black magic cosmetic palette. The eyeshadow shades looked beautiful in the palette, but they lacked pigmentation and were extremely chalky when applied. They also did not blend well and ended up looking patchy on my eyelids. The packaging feels cheap and flimsy, and the mirror inside is too small to be practical. Overall, I would not recommend this palette and feel like it was a complete waste of money.

I had to layer the shadows multiple times to get any kind of color payoff, and even then, the shades were not as vibrant as I had hoped. The formula also creased and faded quickly, even with a primer. The packaging is sleek and visually appealing, but the quality of the product itself is lacking. I would not repurchase or recommend this palette.

I will not be using this palette again.

If you're willing to take a gamble on which shades will perform well, then this palette might be worth a try. However, there are better options out there for the price.
