The Witch Video Recording: A Nightmarish Tale

By admin

The witch video recording is a popular urban legend that has been circulating on the internet for many years. According to the legend, a group of teenagers stumbled upon a hidden camera in the woods while they were out exploring. Curiosity got the best of them, and they decided to play the footage on the camera. What they discovered shocked and terrified them. The video showed a supposed witch performing dark and mysterious rituals, surrounded by a group of hooded figures. The teenagers passed the video around, and it quickly gained attention online.

Total bummer Sword Reward couldn't be made examinable. It had the potential to be in the same all star league as Dragon Altar & Crystal Cleaver imo. All of which beg to be attempted by the intrigued audience.

Posted: Jan 23, 2019 07:10 pm I agree. Another issue is that the floor of the box looks noticeably different after the trick. Posted: Jan 23, 2019 11:34 pm

When I seen the demo the first time it was so obvious how it was done so I did not buy it. Glad I didn't if the floor looks noticeably different after the trick too. What a shame.

I agree. It is so obvious, and indeed no effort has been done to perfect it, i.e. the floor indeed looks different before and after. Also, the second routine, does not work half of the time. Such a simple idea, such a potentially strong effect, such as waste. I wanted it to be more

Posted: Jan 25, 2019 12:55 pm I like it, and so far nobody ever notices the floor looks different. Posted: Jan 25, 2019 01:38 pm

I totally agree that this is an item they could and should have been made examinable. Here's a video I made with a couple of ideas: https://photos.app.goo.gl/YzdCkPUdWVkA1sP69

Thanks for sharing that Tomas, some nice handling tips and I like how you verbally set up the premise of the penetration. The video link with the mini card sword idea is great. Am going to give that a try 😊

Posted: Jan 29, 2019 05:01 pm Any chance you're the Chaplin fan Mr Wizard? Posted: Feb 1, 2019 03:46 am I love this Trick. Posted: Feb 2, 2019 01:40 am

Great Idea Thomas, I like your idea of putting the sword up from the bottom, this way you can take off the lid and show the inside better of the box. I have even flashed the lid with out a problem.

I played with and tried out a variation on the card sword idea shared in the video above. Took a small piece of paper and ripped into 6 pieces in front of my spectator and wrote six names, including their name on one piece. For the photo the spectator is my name "John".

Placed the slips in the box with the sword.

Do the move and show that somehow I was able in impale the slip with their name!

I obviously knew in advance I would be doing this for a certain individual and did the necessary pre-work. Played well!

Foe the traditional presentation am using a colored "Chinese" coin I believe made by Royal magic. http://www.penguinmagic.com/p/S8240

Shows up well against the black plastic.

Johnmeister. There's a wild, wild rumour afoot that one time, in a very small village far, far away, you performed a magic illusion & just followed the enclosed written instructions. Needless to say, I pummeled the perp & threatened legal action against this slanderous talk.

Unfortunately I had no sound while watching the video, can you explain what the advantage is if the sword comes from below ?
I had seen the mini-card video before and think it's great - as well as the variant of John Talbot with the different names .
Some people complain about the different colours in the trick, is it not possible to remove this issue with a thin foil ?

J M, the name slips version is excellent!

Magic Dust, when you remove the lid to more clearly show the end result to the spectator, you are not forced to remove the sword at the same time (which destroys the end result). It can immediately be handed to the spectator in this condition since the lid is off. Check out J M's third photo for the nice display that is possible when the sword is inserted from below.

Great, thanks for the clear answer, now I understand, I totally agree with this better handling

This thread has really turned this trick from one that I was initially quite disappointed with to one that may be much stronger. Quite frankly I was so disappointed I toyed with the idea of selling it. I really like JM's idea with the names..I might have to "borrow" that one

When I first got a glimpse of the six new Tenyo tricks for 2019, this was immediately one of my two favorites. It appeared to be versatile and this thread proves that to be true.

Sometimes you must give a new Tenyo a chance. Borrowing the ideas of others is one way to do that. 😉

I really like Sword Reward. As a matter of fact, I liked most of the 2019 lineup with the exception of Screen Clean (not really into cell phone tricks).
I'm excited to see what Tenyo has in store for 2020.

I decided to take out my Sword Reward last night and have a go with it using some suggestions found in this thread. What a fantastic thread thanks to TomasB and JT!! Excellent suggestions by both of you.

This really is an excellent trick/set of props IMO. That sword is really nice and I am sure could be used with other tricks.

The concerns posted here about the floor is really not an issue. The focus is on the star, coin, and sword or whatever else you have decided to use such as pieces of paper with writing on them.

Maybe this thread can be revived with more thoughts and suggestions. Anyone?

I am trying to come up with a way to use the coin and/or star to do a follow up effect. There should be plenty of ways to do that!

The witch video recording

Over time, the witch video recording became more and more elaborate, with additional scenes and disturbing imagery being added to enhance its creepy factor. It started to attract the attention of paranormal enthusiasts and conspiracy theorists alike. Despite numerous debunking attempts by skeptics, the video continued to enchant and frighten those who came across it. It became a staple in urban legend lore and an inspiration for horror movies and literature. The main idea behind the witch video recording is the power of storytelling and the fascination with the supernatural. It taps into people's innate fear of the unknown and their desire for something extraordinary to exist beyond the tangible world. It serves as a reminder of the enduring allure of urban legends and the impact they have on popular culture..

Reviews for "Terrifying Encounters: The Witch Video Recording"

1. Sarah - 2 out of 5 stars - I was really excited to watch "The Witch Video Recording" after hearing so much hype about it. However, I was highly disappointed. The movie dragged on and had no clear plot. The found footage style was also incredibly shaky and hard to watch at times. I was left feeling bored and disconnected from the characters. Overall, I would not recommend this movie to anyone looking for a good horror flick.
2. Michael - 1 out of 5 stars - I cannot express how much I disliked "The Witch Video Recording". The acting was terrible, the dialogue was cliché, and the special effects were laughable. It felt like a cheap knock-off of other found footage films. The plot was predictable and uninteresting, making it difficult to stay engaged. Save your time and money and skip this one.
3. Emily - 2 out of 5 stars - "The Witch Video Recording" had potential, but it failed to deliver. The story lacked depth and the characters were poorly developed. The scares were cheap jump scares and lacked any real suspense. The shaky camera work made it hard to follow what was happening on screen. Overall, it was a forgettable and underwhelming horror movie experience.
4. John - 1 out of 5 stars - I can honestly say that "The Witch Video Recording" is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The acting was atrocious, the plot was nonsensical, and the scares were ineffective. It felt like a poorly executed attempt at capitalizing on the found footage trend. I couldn't wait for it to be over and would not recommend it to anyone.
5. Jessica - 2 out of 5 stars - While "The Witch Video Recording" had a few creepy moments, it ultimately fell short of my expectations. The storyline was weak and the pacing was off. The shaky camera work made it difficult to connect with the characters or become invested in the story. It had potential but failed to deliver on its promise of a terrifying horror experience.
