The new sensor is 80 megapixels per frame with new color science and includes Blackmagic RAW. You can shoot at 60 frames per second in 12K with 80 megapixels per frame. Oversampling from 12K gives you 8K and 4K images.

In reality, the cost of CFast 2 altogether has come down substantially since expected competition has gotten into the mix Lexar, SanDisk, Wise, Transcend and are ultimately lower cost than RED and Sony media. It ll be interesting to see if the new 4K Dragon sensor inside the Raven will in fact push a full 16 stops, since it has been known over time that manufacturer-stated dynamic range values are, shall we say, a little exaggerated.

It's not "HUGE." Blackmagic will be used on indies and low budget shows. IMAX, major Hollywood films, are not going to give up their reliable Arris and Reds for this. The specs are impressive for only 10 grand. (body only)

*Yawn* It's not the camera that makes great art, it's the person behind it!

While I agree, a camera like this would be great for unscripted content, like if they used it for sporting events or even low budget indie movies. Imagine the Blair Witch project done with this camera or even something with a bigger budget like Rocky or Jaws.

I can even see someone doing high end weddings with a camera like this, I know someone that spent close to 100 grand on their wedding and the photographer/filmographer was about 20 large by himself, though in all fairness, you have to see the production values and photography, that guy was a pro in every sense of the word.

I think there's a big market for something like this, streaming video is growing and growing and growing, maybe a couple of film students just out of college that want to start their own web based episodic show, put their savings together, buy a camera like this and make a name for themselves.

Completely worthless robot-voice generated video.
I'd bet money the "12K" is fudged in some way, marketing gimmicks. math is an art.
Always ask yourself with cameras: where's the shortcut?
If you don't see one, look harder.

1. Sarah - 2/5 stars - I was very disappointed with "The Witch Agf". The story felt extremely slow and uneventful. The characters were one-dimensional and lacked depth. I also found the dialogue to be forced and unnatural. Overall, it was a tedious watch and I wouldn't recommend it.
2. Alex - 1/5 stars - "The Witch Agf" was a complete waste of time for me. The plot was confusing and nonsensical. I couldn't connect with any of the characters, and their actions seemed random and illogical. The cinematography was also subpar, with poorly lit scenes and shaky camera work. I was bored throughout the entire film and regretted watching it.
3. John - 2/5 stars - I had high hopes for "The Witch Agf", but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The pacing was incredibly slow, and the plot didn't seem to go anywhere. The film relied too much on eerie visuals and atmospheric shots, but lacked a coherent story. The ending left me unsatisfied and confused. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
