the flavor is excellent too, very fresh for one, but somewhat distinct on the hops too, not so much the profile, although the obvious dried apricot and sweet orange is delicious, some pine too, northwestern, but whats striking about it is that its both supremely fruity but also exceedingly bitter, usually its one or the other these days, but this manages to be both. Developed in conjunction with NCBC s field teams, the brewmasters experimented with a multitude of modern hop varieties and hopping regimens to bring you their latest take on an American IPA.

Reviews for "From Grain to Glass: The Journey of North Coast Pacific Magic IPA"

1. John - 1/5
I was really disappointed with the North Coast Pacific Magic IPA. It had a really off-putting hoppy and bitter taste that left a strange aftertaste in my mouth. I found it to be overpowering and unbalanced, lacking any complexity or depth. The aroma was equally unpleasant, with a strong pungent smell that I couldn't quite place. Overall, I would not recommend this IPA to anyone who enjoys a well-crafted and enjoyable beer.
2. Emily - 2/5
I had high expectations for the North Coast Pacific Magic IPA, but unfortunately, it fell short for me. The flavors were not well-blended, and there was a strange metallic taste that I couldn't overlook. The beer lacked the smoothness and balance that I look for in an IPA. Additionally, the aftertaste lingered for far too long, leaving a bitter and undesirable sensation. I would not purchase this beer again.
3. Mark - 2/5
I found the North Coast Pacific Magic IPA to be disappointing. The flavors were too overpowering and clashed, leaving a harsh bitterness on my palate. I prefer IPAs with a smoother and more balanced taste, and unfortunately, this one did not meet my expectations. The aftertaste was also quite unpleasant and lingered for longer than I would have liked. I would recommend trying other IPAs before giving this one a chance.
