I had a terrible experience at Magivals Nail Spa. First of all, the salon was dirty and unorganized. The technician who did my nails seemed inexperienced and rushed through the process. My nails ended up looking sloppy and uneven. The worst part was when I asked for a refund or a fix, the manager was rude and refused to help. I will never go back to this salon and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

The atmosphere in the salon was chaotic and noisy, making it hard to relax and enjoy the experience. Moreover, my manicure did not last more than a few days before the polish started chipping. Overall, I found the quality of the service to be lacking and will not be returning.

The foot bath was dirty and I couldn't help but feel disgusted. To top it off, the polish started peeling within a day of getting the pedicure. I expected a more professional and hygienic experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I will not be recommending this nail spa to anyone.
