Thousands of these pulses are created every single minute. Without a properly working muffler, your vehicle is going to be incredibly noisy. In fact, excessive noise is a good way to tell if you require a new muffler.
They ve always been very fair with me, which I appreciate so much as a woman who has had big chain stores like Midas and Sears take me for a ride many times. If your ordinarily quiet ride suddenly becomes atrociously loud, then you should consider having your muffler examined, as a replacement may be in order.

Even when getting something as simple as a mufler, the mechanics at this place have always taken the time to outline the proceedure and show me what they would plan to do. If they run into problems, they track you down so you don't stiff you with any unforseen costs unless you approve. It sure beats so many of these places where you drop your car off and as far as you know they are just waiving a magic wand for $30/hr.
Jun 23, 2007I LOVE the guys at Magic Muffler. I've taken my car to them several times for things ranging from oil changes (cheapest in town) to bigger things like having my starter replaced. They've always been very fair with me, which I appreciate so much as a woman who has had big chain stores like Midas and Sears take me for a ride many times. Magic Muffler once fixed my rusted-off tailpipe for just $200 after another dealer tried to tell me I would have to replace everything from the catalytic converter to the muffler (which would have cost me more like $1000). I've had no problems with the repair since they did it nearly a year ago, nor have I had problems with any repairs they have made. I would recommend Magic Muffler to anyone looking for a fair, honest mechanic that they can go back to time and time again.
