As a beginner witch, I found this book informative. It had a lot of information without bogging you down with useless facts. The author did an excellent job of including her own personal experiences along with spells and other info, but she didn't make it all about her. (I've read some books where the author would rather tell us their life story then get to the point.) She even includes a few beginner spells at the end.. can't wait to try them out.

The beats felt generic and failed to capture my attention.
