What is important to know for those seeking a handfasting ceremony is it is a symbolic, and memorable ceremony, and it is what you want it to be.
Agreement or love?
There is so much information about how handfasting should be done. References to a ‘lovers’, a ‘unity’, and an ‘infinity knot’ can be found online from many different sources. These knots associated with love are according to personal research a fairly new concept. Handfasting was believed to be a betrothal binding agreed upon by elders, and chieftains. If this is factual, handfasting had nothing to do with love; it was an agreement of a good union between the offspring of agreeing families.
Handfasting as a ritual is said to get its name from the Old Norse word ‘handfestr’ meaning to strike up a bargain; to bind. Spelling variations of the word differ with ‘handfesta’ also being used. The symbolism of being bound together through choice, in the presence of the four elements, (earth, wind, fire and water), and the cardinal directions (north, south, east and west) is of high relevance. Pagans have a belief that only lack of love can break the binding between a handfasted couple; death even cannot.
It is a spiritual and meaningful ceremony. Gifts are given to the couple, and ceremonies are held outdoors during selected times of the year. For Pagans, handfasting is the ultimate declaration of love between two people in the called in presence of the Goddess, or their chosen God.
Can non-Pagans have a handfasting?
Many non-Pagan couples can, and do have handfasting ceremonies. Focus is given to the colours chosen for the handfasting rather than the Pagan reasons designated for the colours in Pagan ceremonies.

As a fan of Magical Mirai events, I was really looking forward to the Magical Mirai 2021 Nendroid. However, I was quite disappointed with it. The quality of the Nendroid figurine was not up to par with previous years. The paint job was sloppy, with visible smudges and uneven color application. Additionally, the joints were quite loose, making it difficult to pose the figurine. Overall, I felt that the Magical Mirai 2021 Nendroid was not worth the price and did not live up to my expectations.

I was extremely disappointed with the Magical Mirai 2021 Nendroid. The quality of the product was very poor. The paint on the figurine was chipped in multiple places, and the joints were incredibly stiff, making it nearly impossible to pose the figure without fear of breaking it. I also found the design to be lacking compared to previous Magical Mirai Nendroids. It felt rushed and poorly executed. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing the Magical Mirai 2021 Nendroid if you're looking for a high-quality collectible.

I have collected Nendroids for years, but the Magical Mirai 2021 Nendroid left much to be desired. The sculpt was mediocre at best, with details that weren't as refined and sharp as I expected. The accessories included were also lackluster, and I felt that the price was unjustified for what I received. Additionally, the packaging was subpar, with the box being damaged upon arrival. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and presentation of the Magical Mirai 2021 Nendroid, and I wouldn't recommend it to fellow collectors.
