Janis Timma is a Latvian professional basketball player who currently plays for the team Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He was born on July 2, 1992, in the city of Riga, Latvia. Timma started his professional career in 2009 when he joined the Latvian basketball team Ventspils.
