The toy didn't work as it was supposed to, and the magic portal feature was extremely underwhelming. The concept is great, but the execution is lacking. The toy feels cheaply made and the paint job is sloppy. Overall, it was a waste of money and didn't bring any additional fun or excitement to our Elf on the Shelf tradition. I would not recommend it.

The toy arrived with missing pieces, and customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Even when the toy was assembled properly, it didn't add much to our Elf on the Shelf experience. The magic portal feature was confusing and didn't bring any additional wonder or excitement. The overall quality of the toy also felt subpar. It's an interesting concept, but I wouldn't recommend spending money on it.
