I had a really terrible experience at Magic Nails in Broadview Heights. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and rude. I felt like they were rushing through my appointment and didn't give me the attention I deserved. On top of that, the quality of their work was subpar. My nails were uneven and the polish started chipping the very next day. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

The nail technicians seemed inexperienced and didn't pay attention to detail. My nails were filed unevenly and the polish was streaky. It's definitely not worth the price they charge. I won't be going back.
