Understanding the Intellectual Tradition of Witchcraft

By admin

Witchcraft intellect discount refers to the tendency of some individuals to discount or dismiss the intellectual abilities and capabilities of those who practice witchcraft or engage in occult practices. This discounting of intellect is rooted in biases, stereotypes, and misconceptions about witchcraft and the people who engage in it. There has long been a stigma associated with witchcraft, stemming from historical and cultural beliefs that witches are associated with evil, dark forces, and the supernatural. These beliefs have perpetuated the idea that those who practice witchcraft are somehow intellectually deficient or lacking in intelligence. This discounting of intellect is often fueled by fear, ignorance, and a lack of understanding about what witchcraft actually entails. In reality, witchcraft is a complex and diverse practice that encompasses a wide range of beliefs and rituals.

Level 6 Spells
-Cure Moderate Wounds, Mass (Conjuration Implement)
-Heal (Conjuration Implement): Can remove ability damage, blinded, confused, dazed, dazzled, deafened, diseased, exhausted, fatigued, feebleminded, insanity, nauseated, poisoned, sickened, and stunned

you can read at the very top it says cold, projectile, spell this means that cold damage nodes, projectile damage nodes, and spell damage nodes all work on it. Many of Subroto s fans and friends like me were awaiting his new book - since a lot of water had flown in Ganges since the release of his previous book.

In reality, witchcraft is a complex and diverse practice that encompasses a wide range of beliefs and rituals. Those who engage in witchcraft often have a deep understanding of nature, the elements, and the interconnectedness of all things. They may possess knowledge about herbs, crystals, tarot cards, and astrology, among other things.

Any non-witch, intelligence based healers?

I am making a character for a new campaign and would like to heal while being intelligence based, and not being a witch. Is there anything like that?

Alchemist with the infusion discovery that lets them share extracts?

There was a wizard archetype, arcane physician, http://www.archivesofnethys.com/ArchetypeDisplay.aspx?FixedName=Wizard%20Ar cane%20Physician

Any wizard with Infernal Healing cures HP easily.

If high enough level, the wizard can summon critters to handle this.

Also, any character with a high UMD (perhaps via the trait that makes it an Int skill) can handle wands for this.

Or the healing bomb discovery (which also splash heals).

The White Mage arcanist archetype gets a limited ability to cast cure spells.

The Living Grimoire inquisitor is not a particularly good healer (spells function differently but are at normal inquisitor levels)

The Arcane Physician can just make and activate healing items as if the spells are on their list. They can't actually cast the spells.

The post is too long for me to copy on my phone, but I have a detailed breakdown on the healing options for Occultists. The Reliquarian has a particularly large set of healing-related options.

The HHH Pact Wizard lets you grab a witch patron, so you could get the Healing one for access to the restoration line, and as mentioned pick up Infernal Healing for HP.

I'll put in +1 for Alchemist. I also like the Investigator for a slightly different feel (can't use healing bomb, but infusions are still great).

Alchemists/Investigators don't quite have the spontaneous conversion of a cleric, but Extracts (and Infusions) only have a 1 minute preparation time. This means any "Remove Blindness/Deafness/Curse/Poison/etc" Infusions are easy to make on the fly.

There's also the Thuvian Alchemist prestige class. As with most of these options, it's not as good as a divine healer but it does heal and can be any class that makes extracts or casts arcane spells.

If you are just interested in out-of-combat healing, there's several threads about maximizing the Treat Deadly Wounds aspect of the Heal skill. The Skill Unlock is central to making it work.

And as with most PrCs which advance spellcasting, it works better with a full caster (e.g. wizard) than a 6-level caster (e.g. alchemist).

Witchcraft intellect discount

These practitioners often devote significant time and effort to studying and gaining expertise in their craft. However, due to the negative stereotypes surrounding witchcraft, individuals who practice it may face discrimination and marginalization in various aspects of their lives. They may be subjected to ridicule, mockery, or even exclusion from certain social, professional, or religious circles. This discounting of intellect can have significant negative consequences on the personal and professional lives of those who identify as witches. It is important to recognize that intelligence is not determined by one's religious or spiritual beliefs, and witchcraft should not be used as a basis for judging or discounting someone's intellectual capabilities. Just like any other individual, witches can possess a wide range of intellectual abilities, talents, and skills. It is crucial to challenge and overcome the stereotypes and biases associated with witchcraft intellect discount, and to respect and value the intellectual contributions of all individuals, regardless of their spiritual practices or beliefs..
