The Trademark Magic Village: A Magical Playground for the Whole Family

By admin

The concept of a trademark magic village revolves around the idea of creating a distinct and recognizable brand that is associated with a magical and enchanting atmosphere. A trademark is a unique symbol, name, or design that identifies and distinguishes a product or service from others in the marketplace. In the case of a magic village, the trademark would serve as a symbol of the village's magical charm and allure. The main idea behind a trademark magic village is to create a destination that stands out and captures the imagination of visitors. This can be achieved through a combination of elements such as architecture, landscaping, entertainment, and themed attractions. By creating a strong trademark and identity, a magic village can differentiate itself from other tourist destinations and attract a specific target audience.

By creating a strong trademark and identity, a magic village can differentiate itself from other tourist destinations and attract a specific target audience. The use of a trademark magic village can also help to protect the intellectual property rights of the creators. By registering the trademark, the creators can prevent others from using the same or similar name or design, ensuring that the magic village remains unique and distinctive.

Magic Village Yards by Wyndham Trademark Collection near Walt Disney World

Magic Village Yards, a luxury gated community by Wyndham’s Trademark Collection, offers two- and three-story 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes, called “villas,” with full concierge services. The units are all super-spacious and feel more like a house than an apartment. The property is located just outside Disney World in Kissimmee, very close to Disney’s Animal Kingdom — only a 5-minute drive, and just minutes away from numerous dining, grocery and other retail outlets.

Newly added to MouseSavers Preferred Hotels, Magic Village Yards was completed in 2017 and features large and luxurious fully-furnished 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses with full kitchens. With 1,800 to 2,300 interior square feet of floor space plus an outdoor covered terrace, you’ll have plenty of room to relax in comfort, as well as the ability to cook or prepare your own meals and enjoy your own indoor or outdoor dining. Every bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, and in addition to a home away from home, you’ll have all the amenities and services you’d expect from a hotel: access to a large outdoor pool with zero entry, hot tub, fitness room, kid’s play room, 24-hour concierge, and parking is also FREE! Nightly rates are similar for both 3- and 4- bedroom villas, and run about the same as a 4-star hotel room.

Magic Village’s sister property, Magic Village Views, is nearby and is very similar to Magic Village Yards. Both properties offer identical two-story floor plans. The Yards also offers three-story homes; the Views homes are all two-stories. The Yards is a little closer to the Animal Kingdom entrance at Walt Disney World. Both have a clubhouse and large pool area, kid’s playroom and fitness center; the Views has tennis courts and a sand volleyball court. Nightly rates are often very similar; the Yards is sometimes a few dollars less per night, and both offer excellent value for the nightly rate.

Rooms

All 3-bedroom homes sleep up to 6 guests; two bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has two twin-size beds that can be pushed together to form a king bed. Every 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, and offers two bedrooms with king-size beds and two bedrooms with two twin-size beds. Guests can request that twin-size beds be pushed together to form a king bed, and king-size bedding is used to tie the two beds together. Every bedroom at Magic Village Yards has it’s own full-size bathroom, making every bedroom a suite! An additional half bath is located on the main floor off of the kitchen. All of the bedrooms have luxury bedding, bath amenities and flat screen HD LCD televisions.

Every 3- and 4-bedroom villa includes a large, well-appointed and comfortable living room, two separate dining areas, private covered outdoor terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. All homes include:

  • Starter kit with:
    • dishwashing soap
    • one-time laundry soap
    • complimentary coffee
    • bathroom sundries such as shampoo, conditioner and lotion
    • hand sanitizer

*All homes include a large exterior covered terrace with comfortable seating. Deluxe villa homes have an outdoor dining table and barbecue. There are a few Superior villas that include both dining table with barbecue and outdoor jacuzzi, however those are not available at the MouseSavers special rates at this time.

Most 3- and 4-bedroom homes at the Yards have a two-story floor layout, but there are a few three-story villas. 3-bedroom villas have a very large living room area on the main floor (shown in photo above), with all 3 bedrooms located upstairs, on the second (or second and third) floor. The 4-bedroom villas have a comfortably sized, but smaller, living room area and have one bedroom with a king-sized bed located on the main floor (as shown in floorplan). The additional 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. If accessibility is an issue for anyone in your party, you should consider the 4-bedroom villa. There is very little difference in cost.

All suites are 100% non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas in several outdoor locations around the resort.

If you are staying in the Orlando area for more than a few nights, you’ll find that the increased space and amenities of a home-like villa make your stay far more relaxing and enjoyable. Pick up a few groceries at your leisure, order takeout or have meals delivered and enjoy dining at your home away from home without the hassle of relying on restaurants for every meal. The living room area is extra-spacious, with double-height ceilings and plenty of modern cozy sofas to lounge on with your whole family or gathering. And having your own private bathroom off of your own separate bedroom is a feature you won’t find often in hotels or the typical vacation rental. You may not want to head back home!

Traveling with small children? Cribs can be provided upon request for $15/daily; Pack n’ Plays are available for $5/daily. High-chairs can be requested from a 3rd party partner. These items are limited in supply and therefore not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply. To make arrangements, contact the resort directly.

    Dining Options

Villaggio Restaurant, located near the resort’s Clubhouse, offers Italian-Brazilian cuisine in a casual atmosphere. You’ll find fresh made-from-scratch Brazilian style gourmet pizzas, pasta dishes, panini-style burgers and sandwiches and more. Villagio has a sophisticated selection of wines, including the exclusive house wine Magique, a Cabernet Sauvignon that scored 95 on Sommelier Capital Advisor’s evaluation. It’s fairly pricey; about what you’d pay at Disney Springs — around $30 – $50 for a full meal. The Villagio Restaurant at Magic Village Yards is open from Wednesday to Friday, from 5pm to 10pm; and Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30am to 10 pm.

Don’t feel like venturing out? Villagio will deliver to your condo. The Villagio also provides service in the pool area, which is a very nice spot for sunset cocktails.

Nearby Magic Village Views has opened a new American Japa Sushi restaurant, located in the lobby building. This popular Orlando area chain serves fresh, creative Japanese inspired hot and cold rolls, uramaki, sashimi and nigiri as well as noodle dishes, all very reasonably priced. Rolls start at $8.90/ea, and nigiri is just under $1/piece. American Japa Sushi is open daily 12pm to 11pm Sunday – Thursday and 12pm to 12am Friday and Saturdays. Delivery is available during operation hours.

From Magic Village you can easily drive to the numerous restaurants and shops off Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. There are also a number of new restaurants that have just opened at nearby Margaritaville’s Promenade at Sunset Walk, including Estefan Kitchen Orlando, Ford’s Garage, El Jefe Tequilas Taco Cantina and more– and many will deliver right to your door. And, of course, it’s just a 15-minute drive to Disney Springs.

If you plan to have most of your meals at the resort, you probably will want to stock up at the nearby Publix grocery store, or at the Walmart Super Center less than one mile from the property.

    Amenities

The Clubhouse is a short and easy walk from all of the homes.

    Transportation

Having a rental car is a good idea when staying at Magic Village Yards. It’s about a 13-15 minute drive to Disney Springs, 10-12 minutes to Magic Kingdom or Epcot, about 8 minutes to Hollywood Studios, and only 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom. The resort is about 20-30 minutes from Universal Orlando, and 15-25 minutes from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove depending on traffic. The resort currently does not offer shuttle transportation to the parks.

    You Should Also Know

There is a resort fee of $10 + tax/nightly, and a single $240 cleaning fee,** charged once at the end of your stay. Because of the fixed cleaning fee, the net per-night cost is lower for longer trips. That said, we think the overall value is terrific for the extra-spacious full-sized homes combined with the resort amenities you’ll have at Magic Village Yards.

As is typical in most vacation home rentals, daily housekeeping is not provided at Magic Village Yards. Housekeeping can be provided on request for an additional fee of $85/visit for both 3- or 4-bedroom homes; it will include a full linen and towel change, replacement of bathroom and kitchen amenities, kitchen cleaning, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. If you’d just like fresh towels, they can be provided for a small charge ($5 for 3-bedrooms, $7 for 4-bedrooms) upon request. Additional small-sized housekeeping items and sundries, such as extra laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, or shampoo and conditioner can be purchased. Prices for these items are reasonable, from $0.50 – $2, but it may be more convenient to bring your own dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee, etc. from home, or get some from the supermarket when you arrive.

Superior villas that include both dining table with barbecue and outdoor jacuzzi are not available at the MouseSavers special rates at this time.

Each home has one reserved parking space and a second space next to it. The second space isn’t reserved, but most guests have only one car, so there is always plenty of parking near your townhouse.

If anyone in your party has an accessibility issue and cannot climb stairs, you should select the 4-bedroom villa option, which has a bedroom with a private full bathroom on the main floor. Although there are a couple of three-story homes with elevators, they are not considered to be fully accessible.

Reviews for "Discover the Tranquility of the Trademark Magic Village: A Retreat for the Soul"

        1. Emily - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with my visit to Trademark Magic Village. The place was overcrowded with tourists and the long lines for the attractions were unbearable. The magic shows were underwhelming and the performers seemed disinterested. The prices for food and drinks were outrageous, and the quality was subpar. Overall, I felt like I wasted my time and money visiting this place.
        2. Jake - 1 star - I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with my experience at Trademark Magic Village. The park was dirty and poorly maintained. Many of the rides were outdated and in need of repair. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which made the whole experience even worse. The prices for tickets were exorbitant for what the park had to offer. I would not recommend visiting this place to anyone.
        3. Sarah - 2 stars - My visit to Trademark Magic Village was a huge letdown. The park was extremely crowded, and it felt like a money-making machine rather than a magical experience. The attractions were mediocre, and the wait times were outrageous. The performances were lackluster, and the overall atmosphere was not enchanting as I had hoped. I would suggest looking for other amusement parks that offer a better value for your money.
