- Sarah - 2/5 stars - I was not impressed with my experience at Pure Majic Car Wash. First of all, the wait time was incredibly long. I was in line for over an hour just to get my car washed. Secondly, the quality of the wash was subpar. There were still dirt spots on my car and the interior was not properly cleaned. Lastly, when I tried to cancel my membership, it was a hassle and they made it very difficult for me. Overall, I would not recommend Pure Majic Car Wash.
- David - 1/5 stars - Pure Majic Car Wash did not live up to its name for me. The service was extremely slow and inefficient. It took way too long to get my car washed and the final result was disappointing. I found spots that were missed and the interior was not cleaned properly. On top of that, trying to cancel my membership was a nightmare. They kept giving me the runaround and it took multiple attempts to finally get it cancelled. I will not be returning to Pure Majic Car Wash.

There were still dirt and grime left on my car, and the interior was not cleaned thoroughly either. Additionally, when I wanted to cancel my membership, it was a complicated process with unhelpful staff. Overall, I was not satisfied with Pure Majic Car Wash and will not be using their services again.
