I really did not enjoy "Mann the Magic Mountain". The plot was convoluted and hard to follow, the characters were unlikable and lacked depth, and the writing style was overly pretentious. I found myself slogging through each page, hoping it would get better, but it never did. The overall tone of the novel was dreary and depressing, which made it even harder to continue reading. I definitely do not recommend this book.

"Mann the Magic Mountain" had an interesting premise, but it failed to deliver. The pacing was incredibly slow, making it a struggle to stay engaged.
