I ordered an arrangement for my moms 89th birthday. She loves lilacs, and can no longer visit our family home, in the spring, to enjoy the lilac bushes we planted there, so long ago. I scoured the internet, looking for a florist that would offer floral arrangements that included lilacs, and found them at Magical Flowers. The photo and product description, boasted, "an abundance of lilacs", and I was so thrilled to be able to bring springtime in Maine, to my mom, for her birthday. I was with her, when the arrangement arrived and was so very disappointed to find, not one lilac in the arrangement. I didnt even recognize it, as the arrangement I ordered, and had to look at the attached card, to see that it was, indeed, from me. Because lilacs were an integral part of this particular arrangement, it wouldve been nice if Magical Flowers had thought to inform me that they had run out, if that was the case. It was a very pretty arrangement, but not what I had ordered, and I would never have ordered it, if I had known. This was definitely not a good experience.

What a joke. they take your money lie and say they sent the flowers and never did then said they will resend them. The order was placed on Friday to be delivered on Friday at my coworkers house after her surgery and she never got them. When she came into work on Monday we asked her how she liked the flowers she said what flowers. So I called to see why they had not been delivered and they told us they would resend them waited all day Monday still no flowers. Called Tuesday am and was told the flowers would be sent out in but noon. Tuesday at 3pm and still nothing! DONT USE THEM.

Naples Magical Flowers is the BEST! I had to shop on line for a florist in Naples as I live in Montreal, Quebec and my moms 75th birthday was right around the corner. The other florists I looked at were outside of my price range. NMF was in line with my budget and their "Bargain of the Day" bouquet ended up being magnificent! WOW! Couldnt be more upset! I ordered green fuji mums with green cymbidium orchids in a green ceramic container. They delivered white hydrangeas with salmon colored orchids in a frosted container. Not even close. I even talked with them to be sure the standard display on their website was what I wanted. Although my friend thought the arrangement was pretty, I am very disappointed. Dont waste your time & money here. They send what they want, not what you order.

My husband has always used them for every special occasion, our anniversary, my birthday, valentines day, mothers day, and Christmas etc. Also Ive personally have called and have sent flowers to my mother, family members And friends! Perfect! My mother was admitted to the hospital with an emergency so I ordered via Magical Flowers on-line service. The web site was very detailed and simple to use .price versus quality were both great .my special someone loved them and everyone in her office did also .she called me crying cause they were so beautiful .I will 100% be ordering from them again also I placed the order at about 10:30 and the were delivered before 2:30 .
I highly recommend them. I placed order . they delivered a lovely bouquet of fresh red roses with babys breath and greenery in a pretty glass vase tied in a bow with a nice box of chocolates. They were very pleasant and delivery was timely. The price was fair with no hidden fees. I will absolutely use them again.

We arrived in Naples on Monday and needed flowers for our wedding on the Thursday. We were recommended magical flowers by the front desk of our apartment on Tuesday so called in. We found the staff member to be really helpful and friendly. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and helped make our wedding perfect.

Highly disappointed..The Dean of a prominent school sent flowers to one of our biggest sponsors after hearing of his death. To find out two days after the memorial service the flowers were not delivered although stated delivered is disheartening. Although we were refunded an apology can not console this act
The flower arrangement was beautiful! Right after I placed an order, I requested a picture of the final outcome, and within a few hours I received a nice clear picture from Eddie. After a few hours I heard from my receiver how the gorgeous the flowers were! It was a very convenient and easy experience!

I have yet to be disappointed with Magical Flowers. The staff is pleasant to work with and they were willing to customize my needs. I needed table arrangements for two different major events - the flowers were absolutely lovely and we received lots of compliments!
Waited a week, never received the flowers or returned my call. Ordered online the day before mothers day, paid the overpriced cost by $50 because they were the only ones who still had delivery spots available. Had to call credit card company to get money back.

Gifted an arrangement that did not last more than 4 days, this florist stood behind their product and created something fresh with an apology. If their phone system worked better I would have given them 5 stars!
These guys are GOOD. I submitted an order on a Saturday and the flowers were delivered three hours later. Not to mention the bouquet was gorgeous. I will definitely be ordering from Magical Flowers again.

I had a terrible experience with Magical Blooms in Naples. The flowers I ordered for my wife's birthday were delivered two days late, and when they did arrive, they were wilted and dead. I called the store to complain, but they were extremely unhelpful and refused to offer a refund or send a replacement. I will never order from them again and would strongly advise against anyone else doing so either.

I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers I received from Magical Blooms. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on their website, and the blooms were already starting to wither when they arrived. I understand that flowers may not always look exactly like the picture, but this was a huge letdown. I'll be searching for another florist in Naples for my future floral needs.

Magical Blooms in Naples is a complete rip-off. I paid a hefty price for a bouquet for my mother's anniversary, but it was nowhere near the value I expected. The flowers looked cheap and sparse, and they started wilting within days. I reached out to the store to express my dissatisfaction, but they didn't even bother to respond. Don't waste your money on this disappointing florist.
