We encourage you to check your items upon receipt of the package to make sure you received exactly what you ordered. In rare cases items can be damaged in transit or your package can arrive open with missing items, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

All Claims Must Be Made Within 14 Days from receipt of the package. We will provide a pre-paid return label if a mistake was made on our end. Customers returning any items back to our facility for a refund will be responsible for shipping fees, unless there was a mistake on our part. If a parcel is returned to Oz Nails & Beauty Supply due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect or insufficient address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the return charge of $10 and redelivery charge of $10 (charges will vary depending on shipping company prices). If the customer would prefer a refund then a fee of $10 for the return charges and $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
