Mahito/ jogo

Jogo's got the range, since Mahito is a touchy person.

Oh true

Mahito is explicitly shown to be the strongest disaster curse. It's stated that he's propped up by Jogo to be the leader because he can grow stronger, presumably stronger than all of them. Jogo's got range, speed, and power, but Mahito's more durable with Distored Spirit Body of Instant Killing (I think I got that right?) and has better hax and endurance. He's also the most versatile, and can stretch his arms to touch people from futher away. And he has the best DE of the four. It took three grade 1 level sorcerer's to beat him (Nobara was recommended for Grade 1 by Todo), and he still almost killed the both of them, and did succeed in killing one (If even you say Nobara survived, it's because of outside help, so she would've died earlier without it).
So Mahito's just better overall, and in a fight, it's close but maybe Mahito's got it.

Mahito

Mahito ( 真 ( ま ) 人 ( ひと ) , Mahito ? ) is one of the primary antagonists of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He is an unregistered special grade cursed spirit allied with Pseudo-Geto. He is also the leader of his own group, consisting of Jogo, Hanami, and Dagon. His group's ultimate goal is the eradication of humanity and ultimately replacing the population with cursed spirits.

They are also known for their ability to manipulate and control their own curse energy. Mahito's curse technique is called "Idle Transfiguration," which allows him to reshape and manipulate the souls and bodies of living beings. With this ability, Mahito can deform and distort the appearances of his victims, causing pain and suffering.

He can also manipulate the shape and size of his own body, allowing him to travel through walls and attack from unexpected angles. Another notable aspect of Mahito's curse is his ideology. Unlike other curses, Mahito believes that curses should not be suppressed or eradicated, but rather embraced and allowed to roam freely. He sees humans as nothing more than a collection of shapes and dislikes the concept of individuality. This philosophy drives his actions throughout the series, as he aims to spread chaos and misery by using his curse powers on humans. Overall, Mahito is a terrifying and formidable curse in the world of "Jujutsu Kaisen." His special grade status, unique curse technique, and twisted ideology make him a formidable opponent for the protagonists of the series..
