1. Sara - 2/5 - The Talisman apartment in Broadbeach was a huge disappointment during my recent stay. The first issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. It was dusty, and I found hairs in the bathroom and on the bed sheets. The second problem was the noise level. Not only could I hear every conversation from the neighboring apartments, but even the traffic noise from the street was not properly insulated. Lastly, the amenities advertised were not up to par. The gym was small and poorly equipped, and the pool area was overcrowded. Overall, I would not recommend staying at the Talisman apartment if you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable experience.
2. Mike - 1/5 - I had an awful experience at the Talisman apartment in Broadbeach. The apartment was poorly maintained and in desperate need of refurbishment. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning barely worked. The worst part was the customer service, or rather the lack thereof. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and seemed to have no interest in addressing any of the issues I encountered during my stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this accommodation for your visit to Broadbeach.
3. Emily - 2/5 - My stay at the Talisman apartment in Broadbeach was far from satisfactory. The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and there were stains on the carpet and furniture. The kitchen was poorly stocked, with limited cooking utensils and outdated appliances. The bathroom had plumbing issues, and the water pressure was extremely low. The overall condition of the apartment did not match the pictures or description provided on the website. I was highly disappointed and would not recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay.
