SOUTHEASTERN N.C. — If stuffing a bird for 20 people and baking pies for days isn’t your idea of enjoying Thanksgiving, then put down the baster and pick up the phone.
We have located quite a few restaurants around town taking reservations for Thursday, Nov. 24. And plenty of others are offering take-and-bake meals for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home, if you’d rather enjoy the football games on TV, while noshing.

The food was mediocre at best, with soggy fries and overcooked seafood. On top of that, the prices were quite high for the quality of food and service we received. Overall, I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a pleasant dining experience by the beach.
2. John - 1/5 - Sea Witch Carolina Beach was a complete letdown. The place was overcrowded and it took forever to get a table, even though we had a reservation. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. The food was below average - my burger was dry and tasteless. The overall ambiance was noisy and chaotic, not the relaxing beach atmosphere I was expecting. I wouldn't waste my time or money here again.
3. Emily - 2/5 - I had high hopes for Sea Witch Carolina Beach, but unfortunately, it fell short. The service was slow and inattentive. We had to wait a long time to get our orders taken, and then even longer for the food to arrive. When it did finally come, it was lukewarm and lacked flavor. The prices were a bit on the expensive side for what we received. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning.
