1. John - 1/5 - I had a terrible experience at Polished magic car wash. First of all, the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by bringing my car in for a wash. Secondly, the quality of the car wash itself was subpar. There were still dirt and streaks on my car after the wash, which defeats the purpose of going to a car wash in the first place. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the Polished magic car wash locations, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
2. Sarah - 2/5 - I was unimpressed with the Polished magic car wash locations. While the staff was friendly, the actual car wash left much to be desired. The brushes they used to clean the car were clearly worn out, as they left behind scratches on the surface of my car. Additionally, the drying process was ineffective, leaving my car wet and streaky. I was hoping for a more polished and professional experience, but unfortunately, Polished magic car wash fell short of my expectations.
