After years of buying Japanese color Tamagotchi, I'm so excited to have an English release (in the photo, the English ON's are the Pink Fairy and Purple Magic; the rest are Japanese releases)! The case I am using in the second picture is a GUND Pusheen the Cat Pusheenicorn pencil case! It's super cut e, very soft, has a zipper for extra security, and holds 4 Japanese Tamagotchi. I cut out little foam circles to put between my Tamas for extra screen protection and the last two are just back to back. If you have a Japanese Tamagotchi Meets, this is exactly the same, just in English - including all the ways to unlock the different "towns". If you're new to the Meets/ ON, you need to know that you unlock Tamagotchi Sports Plaza (called the Gym in the ON) by visiting with two other Tamagotchi. This means unless you know two people also buying an ON, you need to buy at least TWO Tamagotchi ON. Here's what you'll need to do if you want to unlock Sports Plaza/ Gym yourself: Buy two Tamagotchi, for my example we'll assume you buy a Fairy and a Magic. Start up your Tamagotchi. After 1 hour, the babies will become toddlers. Now you will be able to travel around the town and *visit other tamagotchi by using the pink heart icon (Connection)* . On BOTH Tamagotchi, select the pink heart, choose Tamagotchi >Play Date. One Tamagotchi will go visit the other. Now choose one of your Tamagotchis to RESET. We'll assume you choose to reset the Magic Tamagotchi. Do this by holding down the push button on the back of the Tamagotchi. It will ask if you want to reset and if you're sure. Yes. Now you have a baby on the Magic and a Toddler on the Fairy. The Fairy will have recorded that you met one new friend. When the Magic baby becomes a toddler, visit the Fairy again by choosing Tamagotchi >Play Date. Now the Fairy will have recorded meeting TWO friends. When the play date is over, on your Fairy Tamagotchi, go to the Item Box> Item and choose the BALL. A special animation will play and you will have unlocked the GYM ! :D But now how do you get the Gym in your Magic. You will again choose the pink heart on both Tamagotchi. But now choose Tamagotchi> TRAVEL. You want the Fairy to INVITE and the Magic to VISIT. On the Fairy, invite to the GYM. The Tamagotchis will both go to the GYM and play. When Magic returns home, a ticket will come floating from the sky and unlock the GYM in the Magic! This works for all unlocked destinations in one tamagotchi to unlock them in a second. It doesn't have to be a Magic to a Fairy. It can be Magic to Magic, Fairy to Fairy, whatever :) . show more
