Magix House Camp is a popular summer camp for kids and teenagers who are interested in magic and illusion. It is located in a picturesque setting surrounded by nature, providing the perfect atmosphere for learning and practicing magic tricks. Boo at the Zoo is a long-time St. Louis family favorite, with fun. spellbinding decorations for great photo opportunities, spooktacular entertainment as actors bring the decorated areas to life, interaction with the animals, fun at the 4-D Theater, & the Conservation Carousel and much more.
Summer camps for all ages, at both locations, tend to fill up; there s also a live, virtual preschool art program called Petite Picasso Tuesday mornings from 9 9 30 a. Generally held in the fall, it s a ticketed event that brings cranes, fire trucks, bucket lifts, sleeper cab trucks, and more up close for examination and exploration.
Professional magicians are invited to share their expertise and teach the campers new tricks and techniques. The participants also have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from each other, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. In addition to magic workshops, the camp organizes group performances where the campers can showcase their talents and entertain their peers.

At Camp Magic House, campers participate in fun educational activities, explore The Magic House or MADE for Kids and more. A different theme is featured each day and even the snack becomes part of the hands-on fun. Visitors are welcome to bring strollers to The Magic House. Please note that the Museum does not rent strollers. Elevators and ramps are located throughout the Museum to accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.

Individual coaching sessions are also a significant aspect of the camp. Here, the campers can receive personalized guidance and support from experienced magicians to refine their skills and overcome any challenges they may be facing. This one-on-one attention allows the participants to progress at their own pace and focus on their specific areas of interest. Furthermore, the camp holds friendly competitions, encouraging healthy competition and motivating the campers to continuously improve their skills.
