I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Magic Hanes Spa. Firstly, the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and were not attentive to my needs. Additionally, the spa facilities were not well-maintained. The rooms were dirty and the ambiance was far from relaxing. Lastly, the treatments itself were subpar. The massage I received was mediocre at best and did not help alleviate any of my tension. Overall, I would not recommend Magic Hanes Spa to anyone.

I had high expectations for Magic Hanes Spa based on the reviews, but unfortunately, I was let down. The prices were quite high for the quality of service provided. The masseuse seemed inexperienced and did not have a good technique. I left the spa feeling unsatisfied and as though I had wasted my money. The atmosphere of the spa was also lacking. It did not feel luxurious or tranquil as I had hoped. Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to Magic Hanes Spa and would not return.

I visited Magic Hanes Spa for a facial and was not impressed with the results. The aesthetician did not seem knowledgeable about skincare and used products that did not suit my skin type. As a result, my face broke out and became irritated after the treatment. Additionally, the spa was quite noisy during my visit, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. I expected a higher level of professionalism and expertise from a spa of this reputation. I would not recommend Magic Hanes Spa for facials.
