‘Good Witch’ Halloween 2019 Hallmark Movie Premiere: Cast, Bailee Madison’s Grace, Trailer

Christmas programming just started on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and on Hallmark Drama, but it’s still Fall Harvest over on Hallmark Channel, thanks to tonight’s premiere of the 2019 “Good Witch” Halloween movie, “Curse from a Rose.”

Every year, the Hallmark show has a Halloween special, and this year is no different. Well, the movie itself will be a little different, though, and that’s because there will be one important character missing this time around: Grace (Bailee Madison).

The actress announced over the summer that she was leaving the show after five seasons as Cassie Nightingale’s (Catherine Bell) daughter. For those who have been wondering whether or not that meant she’d be done after the Season 5 finale in August or after tonight’s “Good Witch: Curse from a Rose” movie, it’s the former.

The network confirmed to International Business Times that Madison and her character Grace will not be in this year’s “Good Witch” Halloween movie. That said, the rest of the characters Goodies have come to love after all of these years will be back for the special.

Aside from Bell, the cast members appearing in the movie include Sarah Power (Abigail), Catherine Disher (Martha), James Denton (Sam), Peter MacNeill (George), Rhys Matthew Bond (Nick), Kylee Evans (Stephanie), Paul Miller (Tom), Scott Cavalheiro (Adam) and Marc Bendavid (Mayor Donovan Davenport). Lolita Davidovich (“Paris, Wine and Romance”) guest stars as Autumn Deveraux in the Hallmark film.

Reviews for "The Good Witch Halloween Cast: A Perfect Blend of Fantasy and Reality"

1. Tom - 2 stars - As a fan of the "Good Witch" series, I was disappointed with the "Good Witch Halloween" cast. The storyline felt lackluster and predictable, and the acting seemed forced and unnatural. The chemistry among the characters was also lacking, making it difficult to become invested in their relationships. Overall, it didn't capture the same magic and charm of the original series, and I found myself bored and disinterested throughout the movie.
2. Sarah - 1 star - I couldn't even finish watching "Good Witch Halloween" cast. The plot was incredibly dull and unoriginal, following predictable clichés of other Halloween-themed movies. The acting was subpar, with the characters lacking depth and believability. It felt like the actors were just going through the motions without any real passion or conviction. I was hoping for an enjoyable Halloween movie, but unfortunately, this one fell flat and was a complete waste of my time.
3. Jessica - 2 stars - I had high expectations for "Good Witch Halloween" cast, but it failed to deliver. The storyline felt disjointed and lacked coherence, with various subplots that didn't seem to fit together seamlessly. The pacing was off, making the movie drag on and lose my interest. Additionally, the character development was minimal, and I found it hard to connect with or root for any of the characters. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn't live up to the quality of the previous "Good Witch" installments.
