If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
Return Policy
Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case you receive a Broken Product , then kindly e-mail ( [email protected] ) us the Images of the Broken Product you have received and the Image of your invoice bill within 24 Hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to provide Exchange/Replacement for the Broken Product .
We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and i f the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. - If we have sent you a Wrong Product by mistake then Reverse Pickup will be done for free. Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free.
