Lurking amongst towering trees and whispering winds, the Witch Diner is said to open its doors only on the night of a full moon. Its entrance is disguised by intricate spells and enchantments to deter the curious souls who stumble upon its domain. Only those who possess true magical abilities can uncover the secret path that will lead them to its entrance. Stepping into the Witch Diner is like stepping into another realm entirely.

I love that even though this drama is fantasy-based, it’s still very relatable and teaches many life lessons with each of the customers we meet. First of all, we learn from the very beginning to be careful of what you wish for. Jin made a wish out of anger and didn’t think things through and it caused many things that made her feel guilty about. Another theme was that what goes around comes around. People who acted up will pay a price, and if you do good, you’d be rewarded. Another customer also taught us that happiness comes in different forms and is defined by an individual. Even though one may seem pitiful to some, they may actually be the happiest they’ve ever been in their life. I thought all of these lessons were so beautifully strung together.

Poorly written and executed love interest for the female lead, it wouldn t have been an issue if they didn t give her a trashy pair up but instead something that would serve the narrative and the resolution better.
