Heightwise, I recommend children be over 4 ft tall in order to be able to see over the edges of the basket, but smaller children can still enjoy the experience. I was really disappointed with the Magic horizon balloons luxurre. The balloons did not float properly and seemed to lose air very quickly. The colors were also not as vibrant as shown in the pictures. Additionally, some of the balloons were already deflated when I received them. Overall, I do not recommend this product as it did not live up to my expectations.
