- Verac the Defiled's equipment: your attack swing (the global cooldown) is reset upon activation, allowing another attack/ability instantly
The amulet degrades to a broken state over 100,000 charges of combat. It can be repaired by a Repair NPC for 500,000 coins, or cheaper on an armour stand.
