1. Michelle - 2 stars - I took my favorite pair of leather boots to Mabic shoe repair to get the sole fixed, but I was extremely disappointed with the results. Not only did they take much longer than they promised, but the quality of the repair was subpar. The sole started coming off again in just a matter of weeks! I definitely won't be going back there for any future shoe repairs.
2. Robert - 1 star - Mabic shoe repair is a complete rip-off! I brought my expensive dress shoes to them to fix a small scuff on the toe, and they ended up completely ruining them. The leather was stretched and discolored, and it looked even worse than before. On top of that, they charged me an outrageous amount for their shoddy work. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
3. Karen - 2 stars - I had a terrible experience at Mabic shoe repair. I dropped off my heels to get the tips replaced, and when I picked them up, the color of the new tips didn't match the rest of the shoe at all. It was so noticeable and looked really cheap. When I brought it up to the staff, they were unapologetic and refused to fix their mistake. I won't be returning to this place and suggest others stay away too.
