I think that was a result of the fact they didn t have a lot of access to tile in Baja it s a long way around and down the peninsula so people just pressed patterns into the concrete, and it was something that we used throughout the hotel. Fresh water flows over huge granite boulders along with a waterfall that cascades into a natural pool where you can take a refreshing swim at the end of the hike.

Cancellation Policy:
A 15% fee per activity will be charged for any cancellation with 48 hours in advance of the activity date, after this date any cancellation will be subject to 100% non-refundable fee. Changes:
In the event that you need to make a change it has to be at least 24 hours in advance of the activity date and a 15% fee per activity per person will be charged. In the event of acts of God that may be deemed as unsafe, Baja Outback will refund all payments.

Kayak to the famous arch of Cabo San Lucas and visit the sea lion colony at Land’s End. Paddle through crystal blue waters and enjoy the spectacular granite rock formations that line the bay. Explore Lover’s Beach, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Snorkel at Pelican Rock where you will discover the incredible sea life underwater. This is a great trip for first time kayakers!

North of Los Cabos on the Pacific coast sits the Magic Town of Todos Santos “All Saints”. To the other side of the Pacific you can view the towering Sierra La Laguna natural reserve area.
Life in the town itself is at an easy pace and friendly locals welcome you to discover their home as you wander around this once small fishing village. Stroll through the picturesque streets on a beautiful sunny day - the small local market may have some gifts just waiting for you to take back home and make sure you meander the alleys and venture into the bohemian art district.

Overnight in La Paz. La Paz is the capital of the Baja California Sur state, and home to Posada Las Flores, your hotel for tonight. Located on the beautiful La Paz promenade this wonderful hotel occupies an exclusive place in front of the sea offering superb views. All rooms feature colonial style decoration and offer a Mexican atmosphere.

SEA LION SNORKEL – ISLAND HOPPING – BALANDRA BEACH

Today’s adventure will be something only few can say they have had a chance to experience: swim along with the sea lions at Los Islotes, and visit the jaw-dropping Isla Espíritu Santo.
Balandra is one of the most spectacular beaches in the world. Balandra is a practically virgin coastal area with eight beaches, an interior salt lagoon and a rock formation called “El Hongo” (mushroom) which has become the symbol of La Paz. The red color of the mountains that contrast with the white sands of the beaches facing the Gulf with its turquoise, blue and green waters. These waters are filled with thousands of multicolored small fish, coral and large fish such as tuna, “barriletes”, striped mullet, “sierra”, barracuda and more.
Your guide will take you to a seaside excursion where you will enjoy a captivating view of the bay. After this exhilarating walk, we have plenty of time to swim in the crystal blue waters and relax. Enjoy the flora and fauna of this area and while experiencing the different species both underwater and above the water.

EL TRIUNFO & HIKING THE WATERFALLS IN SANTIAGO

El Triunfo, Santiago
En-route to San José del Cabo, you will visit El Triunfo (the Triumph), a town that once was the largest city in Baja. Silver, discovered in 1862, drew people from all over the world and the population soared to 10,000; now it is home to only a few hundred. The smokestack which towers above the landscape was part of the Progresso Mining Company. Wealth created from mining made the town a cultural center; what remains of that today is the piano museum, home to beautiful grand pianos, some of which are still undergoing restoration.
Then, along the way to Santiago you will readily view fields of mangos, corn, papaya, citrus and banana trees before reaching Santiago. Once in Santiago, stops include the natural spring, a visit to the mission site called Santiago de Los Coras and hiking. Hike the mountain range of the Sierra La Laguna that was traversed by indigenous people hundreds of years ago. Here the increased levels of rainfall create a unique biosphere. Fresh water flows over huge granite boulders along with a waterfall that cascades into a natural pool where you can take a refreshing swim at the end of the hike.

I had high hopes for Baja magical hideaway, but sadly, it did not live up to my expectations. The accommodations were subpar, with old and worn-out furniture and dirty linens. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult for me to stay connected during my stay. The location was also disappointing, as it was far from any attractions or restaurants. Overall, I would not recommend Baja magical hideaway to fellow travelers.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing vacation at Baja magical hideaway, but I was left disappointed. The communication with the staff was poor, as they were unresponsive to my inquiries and requests. The cleanliness of the place was also below par, with dust and dirt visible in the corners of the rooms. Furthermore, the noise from neighboring units was unbearable and disrupted my sleep. I regret choosing Baja magical hideaway and would not stay there again.

My experience at Baja magical hideaway was far from magical. The property was in desperate need of renovation and updating. The shower had low water pressure and took forever to heat up, causing inconvenience and discomfort. The lack of amenities, such as a fitness center or pool, made it difficult to enjoy any leisure activities on-site. Additionally, the nearby construction noise was constant and annoying. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Baja magical hideaway to others.
