Jack O’Lantern World is the vision and creation of an award-winning artist supported by a team of over 50 artisans, designers, architects, carpenters, and event planners. Each New Year we all go to work hand crafting and carving a totally new one-of-a-kind experience. We seek to amaze, create joy and bring the community together around tradition.
ADVENTURE Journey through 15 magical themed worlds of hand carved Jack O’ Lanterns designed by local artists throughout the Chicagoland area.
DATE NIGHT Enjoy a romantic stroll through the illuminated one of a kind creation making this an experience you truly will never forget. BRING THE KIDS A (not scary) Halloween tradition the whole family can enjoy! FOOD AND BEVERAGES Enjoy some food, Grab some sweets for the kids, or enjoy an adult beverage all served by some of your favorite local vendors. You will be able to see a food truck schedule below closer to opening night.

3. Do not park in East lot unless you need an accessible parking spot, are an elder person or an expecting mother.
4. Follow the red dotted line on the map below to the entrance gates.
5. Use extreme caution crossing RT 12.

You must arrive within 15 minutes after your selected start time on your ticket. Lights turn off 1 hour after last entry time. This event is ADA accessible. Trail is a paved path. By attending this event, you are entering the Jack O’Lantern World Walk at your own risk. There are possible areas of low lighting, no light, uneven surfaces, variable terrain and slippery surfaces. The trail will take approximately 45 min to walk through. Actual time depends on you! You will need to have your ticket printed off or pulled up on your phone to present at the admission gate. There will be no on-site ticket sales. Prices include admission for one adult or child. Tickets are valid for one use. Tickets are necessary for anyone over the age of 3. All sales are final and promotions and discounts cannot be added retroactively. Portable toilets available on site. Service dogs only, please no pets. Stay on the clearly marked trail at all times. Do not touch pumpkins, lights and displays. All guests, including children 3+ years old, must have a ticket to enter. Tickets are good for one use at the specified date and timeslot on the ticket. Trail is one-way only. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to anyone diagnosed/showing symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days, PLEASE STAY AT HOME.
This event helps support Susan G. Komen! When you purchase tickets, you can make a donation to Susan G. Komen in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We will also have a “Pink Pumpkin” section of our show dedicated to supporting Susan G. Komen. You can make a donation when you are in that section of the show, as well.
We are open in most weather conditions however, we will not be able to operate in severe conditions that include lightning. In the event that we must cancel the show, you will be able to transfer your ticket to another available night. If you decide to come on a weekday and your ticket was for a peak night ex. (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) we will be unable to issue a refund for the difference in ticket prices.

Maintain a distance of 6 ft. from others at all times. Facial coverings are recommended for anyone over the age of 2 when within 6 ft. of space from another person. Stay on the clearly marked trail at all times. Do not touch the light displays. All guests, including children over 3 years old, must have a ticket to enter. Groups cannot exceed 10 people. By attending this event, you are entering the Jack O Lantern Festival Walk at your own risk. There are possible areas of low lighting, no light, uneven surfaces, variable terrain and slippery surfaces. Illnesses including COVID-19 can spread through close human to human contact which could occur at this trail walk. COVID-19 can cause death. Please stay 6′ apart. Tickets are good for one use at the specified date and timeslot on the ticket. Trail is one-way only.

- Jill Smith - 2 stars - I was really disappointed in "Savings code for magic of the jack o lantern". The storyline was weak and predictable, and the characters were flat and uninteresting. I didn't feel invested in their journey at all, and it made it hard for me to stay engaged with the story. Additionally, the writing style was choppy and awkward, making it difficult to follow along. Overall, I would not recommend this book to others.
- Mark Johnson - 1 star - "Savings code for magic of the jack o lantern" was a complete waste of my time. The plot was confusing and all over the place, with no clear direction or purpose. I couldn't keep up with the constant shifts in perspective and found it hard to connect with any of the characters. The writing was also riddled with grammatical errors and typos, which only further detracted from the reading experience. I really had high hopes for this book, but unfortunately, it fell flat in every aspect.

The pacing was slow, and the story seemed to drag on without offering much excitement or intrigue. I also found the dialogue to be stiff and unrealistic, making it hard for me to believe in the characters' interactions. Overall, I wasn't captivated by this book and wouldn't recommend it to others looking for an engaging read.
