A great way to capitalize on the Magic Valley golf experience is to purchase a Southern Idaho Golf Passport, which costs only $40. The passport provides a free round of golf at 9 golf courses in the valley for each time you purchase a round of golf. In other words, you buy one round of golf, and your partner plays for free. The passport is good Sunday thru Friday. On Saturdays, you buy a round of golf and you get a second round for 50% off as long as your tee time is after 1 p.m.

“We’re really fortunate to have such a vast variety of golf experiences in our region,” he says. “The Snake River waterfront at the River’s Edge in Burley and at Clear Lake Country Club in Buhl is really special. Playing in the Snake River canyon at Canyon Springs or Blue Lakes just shocks people from out of town. They are just blown away by the beauty.”
The 93 Golf Ranch and Jackpot courses are more wide open, by contrast, being more forgiving for those might not hit the ball straight as an arrow.

The greens were also poorly maintained and had a lot of bare spots. Additionally, the staff was not very friendly or helpful. I had a hard time getting any information about the course or finding my way around. Overall, I would not recommend this golf course to others.
2. Eric - 1/5 - My visit to Magic Valley Golf Course was a complete letdown. The course was overcrowded, and it seemed like the management didn't care about maintaining a reasonable pace of play. I spent more time waiting for the group in front of me to finish than actually playing. The course itself was also not well-maintained, with unkempt rough and fairways filled with divots. It felt like I was playing on a neglected piece of land rather than a proper golf course. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I also found the prices to be quite steep for such a subpar golfing experience. I would not recommend this course to anyone looking for a quality round of golf.
